Over and over we've begged them to just remove the fridge! They refused until we finally told them we were buying a new fridge. Unfortunately, the person I was going to buy it from sold it to someone else so now I'm back to the landlord refusing to remove the infested fridge. Yesterday they sent someone to sprinkle boric acid in the fridge and when they were done they pushed it back far enough that it's now touching the wall. Now all the roaches are leaving the fridge and crawling up the walls and going to other places in the apartment. Today i saw one in the bathroom! I'm pissed!

I tried to get rid of my moms roach problem for over a year and nothing worked. Bombed her house several times, put out tons and tons of roach bait, bought roach spray, etc. The ONLY thing that worked was this Advion stuff. I would highly recommend it to anyone!! I used the tube and gel baits both. Put the stuff out once then later saw some babies. Put a little more of the advion out again and it killed those too. Have not seen a roach in going on 3 years!

I had my kitchen remodel back in 2008 and my contractor did not steal around my cabinets and dishwasher and now because my central heat and went out my house has gotten infested with roaches. I cant stand it anymore. Have tried exterminators with the tube stuff but that stuff dried up so fast and got hard as a rock.what can I do? I used Advion in my apartment with a German cockroach infestation originating next door. It took me maybe 10 minuted to apply. I can't believe they are finally gone! This stuff is truly amazing. BUY IT NOW! BTW, do not get the bait stations; they are not nearly as attractive to the roaches. I think it's because they are clunky and out of the way for them to get into. It's best to use the bait in crevices and corners/edges like in this video.

If you see them more often after applying, no need to worry. If their behavior is a little off, it’s normal. Just means they’ve become infected with the gel and are now on their way to infect the colony :)

I can highly recommend this product. I had whole bunch of Roaches In my kitchen dining room and living room . I was killing about 20 plus Roaches every day specially in the middle of the night until my friend told me to use Advion and I got rid of it most of them within 2 weeks thankfully. Treat first get the control, Caulking for German roaches is not useful since they can fit through a 1/16 crack

Thanks for the video. I have an aviary (in basement)for yrs now and never had a roach problem. This year I noticed a few roaches crawling around and made no big deal of it. Try to identify what roach species it is, this works well for German Roaches not so well for American or any large species. For those I recommend Maxforce Complete or Niban

Used a whole tube and a half in the bird room alone where there is tons of them. I will retreat in two weeks again and in a month change gels as you recommended. Once I knock down the number plan to insulate any cracks and dust with boric acid. My concern are the buggers in the walls. Any advice on same? I watched a video where they drill countless holes and puff in boric acid. Last thing I want to do is drill holes. Any advice will be much appreciated. Bathrooms is pretty much the same thing. Cabinet hinges, under the lip of the countertops if it applies. If the mirror has gaps from the wall apply there as well. You'll want to steer clear of the sink area.

I have already applied it in these areas and seen a major help but my concern is will they go to bedrooms where there's no treatment or will they just feed from the bathroom and kitchen and hallways that I've already treated. I'm going to reapply because I know it will need a follow up because of new eggs hatching (gross). Now, I'm able to clean the roach poop off and it stay clean before I used the gel bait, I would clean and they would just make it gross again within a week's time.

That's a very good question no it is not necessary as long as you have access to place it in the right spots since the product is not move it doesn't volatize it won't get all over your pots and pans. In our business it's a non-disruptive service the customer never has to remove anything from their kitchen for us to perform our service unlike traditional spray services where you do.

PLEASE help me I would easily choose your company over a cheaper or bigger franchise BECAUSE of this video. ( Do you service Western Australia? I'll assume not). I used 1 whole tube in a day. I must have been using too much then. I'm down to my last tube, I ordered the 4 pack. It is working, I have been using it for 3 days now and I see roaches coming up dead. I may have to order another package since I was not using it correctly my first time around. To kill the roaches that are inside the actual dishwasher all you actually need to do is run the dishwasher with the detergent it will kill them all you're really having a problem with the outside part of the door where they're hiding inside all the cracks and crevices you can put the bait along the door on the outside. To prevent them from getting inside is to make sure that that seal is good and the door clicks if you keep it closed they can't get inside the dishwasher

I always recommend to all my clients that you wash your dishes while the process is going on once we have controlled the roach problem I recommend they remove everything from the cabinets and deep clean all the cabinets and everything in it but not before because a lot of the cleaners will damage the bait.

Hi, the label permits for a small line, however, it is not necessary and wasteful, the secret is to apply it where the roach is going to go, you have to understand the biology of the roach to know its behavior, they can locate food just fine it just has to be in the right place its quality over quantity

gell is going is going to be palatable for about two weeks. Things that destroy the bait is people spraying over-the-counter sprays and contaminating it, making it less effective also, depending on the amount of grease and heat that falls on the product in different environment . The effectiveness of the product is not, and how long it lasts, but in what is known as horizontal transfer where the roaches will eat, the product, defecate vomit, other roaches will eat the bait, defecate and vomit, and then other roaches eat debate, and so on so it has enough product to go through about four different cycles.

Initially just vacuum them up if you want to give it 2 weeks and then reapply the bait again if it's a heavy infestation wait till the nymphs are born which could take as much as 30 days before you start seeing them reapply again after the third application you could do a deep clean of everything in the cabinets including removing all of the estimate eggs casings.

The instructions say 3-5 spots per ten linear feet. I'm not even sure what that means but it looks like you're putting it everywhere, in every cabinet. Is there a problem in putting down too much?

What do you consider a heavy infestation? Ive been seeing 3 roaches a night. One day it was 3 in the daytime in some dark areas of my house. Should I buy a 4 pack of these or just a single pack for my house? I hate roaches and want them gone.

klutzycutie thanks for the question but if you are seeing roaches during the day in other areas of your home chances are you do not have German roaches. Advion is for German roaches. May have a large roach such as an Amaerican roach in that case i would recommend Maxforce Complete granular bait in voids cracks and crevices and outside perimeter.

3 Roaches at night is a light infestation suspecting the problem started a couple of months ago. you will have to order the the four pack thats how it comes but apply it soon to know it out before it becomes a serious problem.

***** I have started in certain areas of the house mainly in the kitchen area where they are most seen. Whenever I do see one I squash it myself. I bought the product on ebay but it shows RL 08/16 does that mean the expiration date? Also I noticed it dries up does it still work when it dries up or should i reapply a new amount? I just bought one tube so far. Will buy more when it runs out. Also, do you recommend anything for lawns?

Hi i just moved into new apartment and lots of roches in there..i observed they are coming from the baseboards switches which are not sealed..today basic pest control was done just spraying and he applied some gel might be advion i dont kno the name but i thought this wont solve my problem so i requested for fogging so coming monday landlord has scheduled ULV treatment for my apartment and i have requested for caulking also to seal all the baseboards and cracks..will this solve my problem or still i need to use this gel...??? Please reply..

patty per The only difference is what is known as the bait matrix meaning the attractant food source used syngenta claims it results in increased feeding and therefore faster killing however I've used both and for residential services we have not seen a significant difference in control times. We perform an initial service and wait 30 days to perform an inspection and follow up service by this point we have 95% to 98% control. You have to learn to wait and allow the active ingredient to work through the insect biology in order to evaluate.

because they love to hide in there, it only works for roaches particularly german roaches, that can work for American roaches but as a additional product not a stand alone

If you have a pet aka a dog, what would you suggest for the cracks near the ground?

I did and my dog found it and ate it. Depending on the size of the dog, it may harm them. My 12lb yorkie was fine. He ate about 10 drops worth. Apparently they like the taste and will hunt for it. I suggest blocking off the kitchen until it dries. He hasn't touched the dry stuff.

QUESTION: I am in an apartment. I do not see any evidence of having them, but my next door neighbor has them. She recently got sprayed and gelled. I am wondering is it good for me to use this gel to use as a barrier before a swarm of them come my way, or will it attract them to my place?

That is a great question, i would not recommend it. Remember that gels are baits with an attractant so you can accidentally bring them over, second gels only work to kill the pest that is present. I would recommend using igr disk to prevent egg hatching and baby roaches from becoming adults Point Source Igr also using monitor traps to detect them. You can treat behind walls, outlets and drain pipes in kitchen with Cimexa Dustbto prevent them from crossing over. Seal pipes under Kitchen sinks and bathroom with Daptex Foam. Hope this helps.

If I have sprayed a lot of roach killing spray all over the kitchen, should I wash and scrub all the places I have sprayed the the roach spray (in order to get rid of the roach spray) before I try this Avion method??? Could I just put the Avion Roach gel in the kitchen even if I have sprayed the roach spray. Is the roach spray going to make the Avion Roach gel not be effective??? Not sure what to do since I have already sprayed the roach spray??? Help!

Julianne Schurman I would wait about a week before applying any Roach Gel bait. I would not apply any where you sprayed. Yo need to make sure you applying directly where Roaches are nesting you need a flashlight when getting inside your cabinets to see them that would be most effective wait 30 days then repeat the process all over again.

NaturePest Natural Pest Control Thank you!!! I will do as you have instructed.............I have only seen 2 or 3 roaches but I have seen so very small baby ones and I don’t want to have a problem. Thanks for the video, sir. I the bait to my kitchen yesterday and this morning when I entered the kitchen, I found 3 german roaches on my counters - one big one was feasting on the bait! Obviously its working! My question is: should I kill the exposed roaches when I see them, or leave them alive, to allow them to go back to their nest. Logically it makes sense to allow them to live and spread the poison, but instinctively I could not help myself but kill them on sight. I suppose there are many more if I only saw three of them. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks for this great video.
