Can someone help me?? Whenever I make a new blank layer in Photoshop 2019, and start drawing on it, it automatically adjust to the size of the drawing, even if I draw a line, the new layer becomes the size of the line instead of the line being placed where I draw it in the picture. I am trying to create the filter for instagram, I know it is a simple fix, but I am just to fucking stupid to figure it out. I hope you understand what I mean! :) HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!

Hey! I think I understand what you mean, when you create this new layer, have you tried using command T to resize the layer? At that point you can make your new drawing any size you need, and you can move it to where ever you need it. Let me know if that works!
