@raraavis778211 ай бұрын
@@psychronia The effect is very shortlived. By the time, your skin has recovered from being squeezed and possibly hurt by your nails or such, the pores will be filled with 'gunk' again. Or a day or two later, anyways. Salicilic Acid, which just dissolves the gunk is a gentler way, to get the same effect. If you feel, it doesn't have enough of an effect, try massaging a wash gel with SA in for two minutes. Or use a face mask with SA. Not everyone gets the desired effect from a quick wash. To actually work on the underlying issue...retinol often helps. Some people also report, that Niacinamide cuts down their sebum production.

@@mir.zulfi. its not about any specific exercise. Sebaceous filement is a collection of dead skin cells and oil building up on your skin. Eating healthy (not dieting or under eating, but eating healthily and a good amount) exercise and water will help reduce the build up of oil on your skin. You should also wash your face with a warm cloth (or slightly hotter than warm, not boiling) as this helps to open up your pores, and then wipe your face with a cold cloth afterwards. @mormonboy2511 ай бұрын
Salicylic acid naturally occurs in willow tree bark so you can try a willow bark extract. It’s also where we discovered aspirin from. People would chew the willow bark. There isn’t really a good household substitute for salicylic acid unfortunately. Every other acid is just too agressive and the other thing salicylic does is it makes your oil glands produce less oil which in turn helps shrink the pores making them “oxidize” (turn black) less and making it harder to see them
