They're basically the same thing, why would you ask for this? If you want the age thing in the corner, there is a free model with the topbar UI from 2015 to 2019, and you can just select the 2019 one for that.

So this client will only work if you place it on your game or other's game that you have permission to edit and it will show in the game. There're no solution to get Old Roblox client on everygame right now.
