There's also another way-when you first log into a new account, it'll say enable voice chat at the top. But you'll need your phone number for it. And then when you enter your phone number, it will send you a code then when you enter that code, it'll enable voice chat. Its a quick way to enable it. Sorry for replying late😅 (EDIT: it works for alot of countries but not some.)

For those who are Roblox veterans(epic Roblox players that stayed around 2008 and 2012) and want to test the voice chat but don’t want to use phone number or their id “you need to verify your email first to verify your age and then get mclovins id and there’s a chance of it being successful and a chance of being false leaving your account deleted it’s risky that’s why you need to use your OWN ids lesson learned”

for people who play on mobile: when you do the second method you will get an email from roblox but IGNORE ITTT then go to roblox click on more then click on privacy after that click on Communication and there you will see an option called Voice chat . click on it and then Enable voice chat.
