How to Get Saved Game Data Back onto PS5 if deleted (Single Player Progress)

I got a PS five slim. How do I get back my saving data if I never was a member PlayStation plus I thought as long as you have your account you’ll save it. It will still be on the drives. I had two different ones one for the PS4 and one for the PS five both drives are saying there’s no data on there. This makes no sense.

same dude I had ac odyssey digitally on my ps4 and had almost everything in the game with all dlc beaten but I NEVER had ps plus to begin with and now I cant even get my saves back for anything pls lmk if u have a fix
