Sim card definitely, leap card for used in public transport. Registration in local immigration office & then PPs number.

You can indeed but first you need working visa to work in Ireland then you need to have security license before you’ll get the job.

You can make PPS number only when your in Ireland. You cannot apply from outside Ireland.
