Yeeeeeeesssss I love this method! Update: I just finished my hair using your flat root method. I have 80 locs in my head and can fit a baseball cap !!!! I’m impressed. I used 4 packs of nu locs and 2 packs of Marley hair wrapping. It’s only heavy when I put it in my bonnet for my night routine. I do have dreadlocks that hit my shoulders but this style makes me feel pretty I’m just really really excited that the top of my head is not bulky. Also, this style took me around 8 hours to do on myself. I didn’t count the breaks. 2nd update. People thinks it’s my real hair

😭😭😭 I just did this method and let me tell you I think I may never do faux locs again! I had so many knots in my hair as I was taking it down. After two weeks of having this style in I just knew that if I kept it in a little longer I would have real locs 😂 otherwise if you find a better way to take it down it’s pretty decent! Another con is that the hair does slide down your braids sometimes… but yeah good luck 😉
