@@hlemnda3271 I've been there and what really helped me was to meditate. There's many forgiving and moving on guided meditations on KZbin. Just imagine yourself talking to that person and say "I forgive you. I love you. I wish to break the pattern and erase the anger and resentment towards you. Another thing, you could also imagine yourself talking to them and imagine you have this contract together and just rip it in half. You can also write a letter writing how you feels towards them and what they've done to you and then just burn it (don't send it to them). These are some things that really helped me erase the past and tune into a healthy and loving version of myself. Sending love, hope this works for you as well. 💖🦋

Sometimes you realise that you get things mostly when you are already done and over with that need. Same with ppl. You often see them coming back when you have already over with your past and moved on in your life. That’s because you are basically over with that anger, agitation and desperation to get that back. The more you chase something, the more it makes you to run for it. So leave the things and ppl alone. There are more interesting things in goals in life to focus on!

Here’s a technique that works great for me. All you need is a stack of Post-it notes and a good pen. Take the Post-it note and write on the STICKY side. Then write this word forward “I am so happy and greatful now that” and fill in the rest after that. It could be anything like something that you really do want or something you already have and use an exclamation point instead of a period so adds emotions. Example: “I am so happy and grateful now that things work in my best interest!” You do this however many times you want then fold them in half to seal them shut so no one else can see them. Then you let go by throwing it into the trash or I like to say throwing it out to the universe. I hope it works for you.

I never believed those comments. But here I am.
