Variables are containers for values and can be called by their names. We can create our own, and every PAD action produces one or more output variables.

The Recorder in Power Automat Desktop is excellent when you want to learn new things. Instead of searching for the necessary actions, record yourself doing them, and Power Automate Desktop automatically translates them into actions.

Use an If action if you want your flow to take different paths based on a condition. A Switch action is an advanced If action where you can define a case for each outcome.

Do you use decimals in your amounts, e.g. 765.32? If yes, try to change to 765,32.
