Great video. I’m not sure if you still reply, but how would you go about this with another actor in frame? One with superspeed whilst another is walking at a normal speed… if that makes sense lol

The best way to do this would probably be to film the other actor on a separate plate (with a tripod) and then combine the two plates with masks

HI Its a really good video and I followed all your steps but when I play it, it doesn't give like the whole fast blur effect even though I added it, it just kind of starts then finishes without the fast blur and I used the exact same one so what do I do?

Ensure you’re in composition view and not just layer view, also make sure that the effect is actually enabled (you should see an fx icon in the effect controls tab), and also be sure you don’t have any other effects above/below the force motion blue that could be conflicting with it. If you have any more questions just let me know :)

when you will add motion blur effects in the image, it will apply on all over the clip not just on the subject, how did you done that in this ?

Ideally, nothing should be moving other than the subject which is why the motion blur only affects the subject. If you have a shot with lots of motion and want to only have the subject be blurred, then you will have to rotoscope your subject

If you’re asking how often I upload, I upload once a month, (at the least, if I end up making more, I’ll upload more, but the minimum is one) but if you are asking how often you should upload, u would say just as often as possible. Whatever it is, have something consistent. I used to not upload a schedule and would upload quite rarely, but this year as I’ve been remaining consistent I’ve noticed my channel is growing much faster than it did previously.

Yeah I guess I could, but if you’d rather me just tell you, first, follow my tutorial, then download the STRIKE pack that I linked in the pinned comment, it has a handful of extremely high quality lightning assets you can use. Then open after effects, select import, and then highlight all of the lightning png images you want to use (the pack is very organized and will have effects such as “RUN IN” organized by folders, so if we’re using run in as an example, you would highlight everything in run in) then check the “import as png sequence box” on the bottom, and it will import all of the frames in the strike pack in order to form a video. Then, set the blend mode on the lightning layer to add, and position the lightning with (position) keyframes (hit p on your keyboard) to follow your actor, then you’re done!
