thanks for the guide. This is a part of the game that annoys me is the breaking of parts. Nowhere do I see in the game a description of what you have to do to break monster parts.

Just as i was trying to break the legs, i saw a notification that a head unit had dropped from the part break, so apparently breaking the legs also has a chance to drop the item. I would asume the drop chance would be very low though, since i only saw it happen once in over 10 runs.

Couple of notes to whoever is farming this pos material, after a few hours of manual farming: - 90% health is the first threshhold for the legs to open up, if you reach Overdrive, you've missed THE FIRST opening. - It can open up the legs a second time again further into the fight, I'm not sure if it's a guaranteed chance, but it can happen - I'm too lazy to try to figure out the threshhold for that. - You don't have to destroy the head unit to get one from the normal drops, I'd say it's somewhere around 50% chance, the number of gold chests at the end does not matter.

You can actually have it autofarm for you on the lower difficulty one. It's a very low drop rate but I was able to get one after about 7-8 runs. You'll know you got it if there is a 4th chest at the end

Man where do you get so many V+'s, lol. I can't get any to drop. Also, can +s drop with any stat as the second stat, or is it limited?

Lots of farming got me those V+ sigils. I know there are a couple unique sigils you can't get as a second stat, but most of the stats are available to be on V+. I believe the only thing that's limited was that a damage type sigil (example: stamina and tyranny) can't get another damage type sigils on it.

DO NOT quit out if you destroy the head unit. All I got was some shiny orb thingy when I did, not the head unit.

You could AFK farm the very hard version of the fight. It drops way less consistently, but you still get it at least one or two by letting the game just play itself.

Hello. So ive been farming this for an hour now. And all i keep getting is a shinng orb from the head piece. I dont get the headpiece. It just sayings shinning orb. Whys that

Just really bad RNG. The same thing would happen to me during some runs. I don't know the drop rate on the break, but it does feels like 50% head unit and 50% shining orb.

I was having trouble getting a destrudo or whatever from Id so I just ended up exchanging it. Ive been curious how drops in general worked after that, if its random or based on break. Even breaks, like the dragons with subquests of break everything, Im not at all certain how to tell parts have broken.

Destrudo isn't a part break. That's RNG from the chests when you beat Id. The only way to tell if you've broken a part is to see it visually on the boss or the little pop up that appears in the bottom left telling you what dropped. A dragon's horn will be visually broken. Same for any boss's breakable parts. Some are easier to see compared to others. Stun is what you use to increase "part break" damage. I know that part breaks don't scale well with your damage, so I sometimes have to use a weaker weapon or take off some damage cap when breaking specific parts. Link breaks also have nothing to do with the part breaks. Hope this helps.

You can also just get it for killing him from a chest, so even if you dont break the head or dont get the unit, you can still kill it for the drop.

You can get two per quest. It's RNG for the break and the reward.

Its easy you can get in Main Quest Maniac too Chapter 8, its more easy just you can get 2-3 easy. Kill all 7-8 Tayurhutar and reload after you dont lose your stock more easy and more fast

Yeah this item might be why I quit this game. I'm not gonna take all my power away so I can patiently wait for this robot to spread its legs for me and then hope it doesn't end up hitting overdrive before I can break em all. It's ridiculous this is a thing.

True, if you're farming these just for the sigils it might be better just to farm the Maniac slime for azurite splendors. There's also an alternative farm I've been told of where you play through the chapter in the story that has the Tayu'itar where you pilot them. I haven't tried it out myself yet, so I can't tell you how reliable it actually is.

You've got to deal less damage to it. I know I have to remove most of my damage cap sigils in order to not hit overdrive before I can get the leg breaks.

I tried to farm materials for sigils but I rather farm gold dalia badges to buy azurite splendor and instantly get max level that way I keep materials for vouchers or something

I did the same thing, but I farmed the Maniac slime quest for the azurite splendor. Quick quests for me aren't worth running once I run out of the Gold tickets.

Lunary cell is dropped from Pyet-A when you break its tail. I know when I fight him, I spend at least 75% of the fight targeting it until it breaks.

You need it for upgrading. Most significantly for V+ sigils. However, you could just farm for azurite splendors instead.

you need tayu’itar heads to upgrade tier v+ sigils unless you hunt for prismatic slimes and use the azurite or whatever its called to max out sigils instantly
