How to Get the access to 3DEXPERIENCE Roles| How to Assign the Roles to the New 3DEXPERIENCE Users

I can't access my roles in 3d experience in a PC but i can access it on my phone. Have any idea how to work this around? Coz Dassault's support system is terrible.. terrible.. terrible..

If you are working with reseller you will have 2 tenants. Just switch the tenants you will get the access. Or else you may ask your administrator to assignment the roles in all the tenants. ( Check whether he has assigned the roles or not)
