Craft menu shows you all the gear that can drop, sites like questlog allow you to make a build and you can build around farming open world mobs till you get the rare drops from dungeons etc. This is in addition to all the ways you mentioned.

It's a lot of clicks and sub menus for controller players (least I feel it is 👀), this way is a bit more smooth and easy to understand. You are right though!

Yea! Most MMOs follow the linear progression of armor/weps. Not many do something so unique like having different pros and cons for EACH of them. That's such an interesting concept and I felt it's important to share because there are SO many different types of builds players like to go, especially with having two weapons. Also, thank you for the kind words. I like to make guides for beginners as well as experienced, and I try to fit everyone into the channel. 😋

My pro-strat as a free to play player is to gear up just enough to be able to do all the content, then stop and sell everything for lucent that you will spend on actually gearing up when gold legendary t2 items are introduced and most people wasted all their time on purple.

That’s a good idea but what are you gonna do in the meantime? Did you purposely unlock two sets of purple gear for this method? Because once you get rid of your only purple gear how do you plan on consistently running high level dungeons to get more purple?

I don’t think he realizes that the T2 items will require you to have a gear score of 2800+ to do the dungeons to get said T2 items. So you still must do this strat in getting purple gear or at least getting blue items at max level with good traits.

@@Unchainedfulyou can still hit 3k gs with blues in the loadout so as long as he’s leveling everything he has and its all purple he could easily get up to 3200+ even without some things maxed

Hello Lofton, one thing is the damage output of the weapon but also the attack speed, the higher the number the slower, so it also something else to "balance" out when checking for weapon requirements. Basically if Attack speed is .500 means is two swings per second.

Yup! Don't forget though, some abilities, gear, as well as mastery can increase attack speed, which nulls the slow attack speed of the weapon!

Solid advice, but it doesn't have every item in game, for example the bracelet from cave of destruction.
