I can confirm that this still works, Here is what I did. I did a gun running mission where you get chased by the black dubsta's. Steal one of those and blow up/end the mission . Goto passive mode with your black dubsta and ( this is what worked for me) I drove down to LSC down nr the airport. Took me about 10 times to drive round and I got the Silver one. I saved that using my CEO and then started up a mission you can do solo where the time is 12 noon. I went to LSC in the middle of the city and got the Gold version on the 2nd attempt.

PYXEL you can get it through gun running mission just steal the black dubsta destroy the cargo take the jeep wait till 9 am goto los Santos custom drive around til it spawns in ..

For real Solo action, steal that same black dubsta from the Ka-Peng gang on some of the bunker resupply mission. Just like the road captain, you can’t keep it but you can spawn your first gold/chrome one with it. Great video, thanks

This is working in 09/18/2020. I started around 0800 and it finally spawned near 1200. Did exactly what poster suggested. Parked on top of free way and it spawned super late when I did a u turn Into the mod shop.

I still think the most efficient car to do is the blue sentinel xs by eclipse towers. It spawns almost always between 00:00 and 04:00 unlike the dubsta. though this dubsta is good to get if you don't have one cuz its rare af

You need a friend so you promote him straight to road capitan then he summons the dubsta 2 and you can do the method to get your 1st one

it doesn't work i spent 8 hours real time trying to get it using the mc dubsta 2 the only vehicles that spawned were the coil voltic imponte ruiner and the sentenel xs i did it the same way too my friend got on in the morning to ge it and his parents told him to get off in the afternoon to eat dinneer and go to bed i watched the video if it didn't work after 18 trys and i was doing nothing wrong it was all the same so i'm now getting off to go to bed my self and kinda don't think its real i think its all just a joke because i think the people who do it have mods and are spawning it in through a mod menu
