For all the people who are watching this: you have to collect the artefacts for the sails when you are doing the main mission following these ghost ships otherwise you have to restart the mission

Note that if you want to get all of the artifacts dont finish flameheart skull since you'll end the tall tale,ending the tall tale will take away the mission lantern and so you cant access the artifacts.

I couldn't even find the skull in the first Island without being attacked I'm a good player too but they just kept preventing me from doing the tall tale which I'm not surprised because that part of the sea has heavy traffic. In times like this I think temporary pve servers should exist for people who are doing a tall tale

You do all the commendations like complete the quest 3 times and dig up the artifacts

Since you need to complete the tall tale 3 times in order to get the sails of the ashen dragon it doesn’t really matter if you dig up the artifacts and discover the books on the second round of completing the tale

Hey man, love your videos and the format, but I think you should add note over this video at the start that says you need to do the 2nd part whilst doing the 1st part, as I followed the video through, finished the first part, then couldnt do the 2nd part as I'd finished the Tall Tale and lost the lantern.

the steps shown in the video weren't in order, before part 3 you need to do journals and then artifacts. if you were in for just the sword then you can skip those.
