How to Get the Hallowfall Armor in World of Warcraft: The War Within | Guide for All Armor Types

For the plate, mail, leather and cloth Hallowfall Gearset you need to complete: *First Campaign *Lvl 80 *L4 on all reps (easy getting by just doing the campaing and nearby quests) After that, a new quest will pop up in Dornognal named Something in the Horizon, that's how you start the next part of the campaign at the end you won't have the full set, you still need the Chest and Waist, for that you need to do the quests: A Sassy Arathi (Chest) near Dornogal with Dornogal Citizen [ 55.2 55.8 ] Advance to Faerin (Waist) in Azj-Kahet with Widow Arak'nai [ 55.6 43.8 ] Just do the whole quest line and you should get both pieces near the end of the questline AND if you want all the variants you need to do this 4 times for each armor type, I know I know its sucks but they look cool (except the cloth and leather, wtf with that horrible design (at least the staff looks cool) )

You need L4 renown for all reps in order for that part of the quest line to pop. That's probably why some people don't know how to get this.

Seee this is interesting, cause I had renown lvl 4 in everything when I dinged lvl 80, just from doing a mix of main quest and side quest , but I guess if you focused 100% on main quest it happens

I just started the new xpac and seeing how amazing this set was for paladins I last minute decided to main my paladin instead of my warlock. It fits SO WELL. I think it's the best set blizzard has ever created.

I got to 80 by getting the Sojourner Achievement for both Isle of Dorn and The Ringing Deeps. I just now got to Hallowfall 😂

for plate wearers, the helm and gloves arent available from the quests only at the stage you are on the video, 4/5, you can obtain similar items from renown vendors however.

@@Hourani95 I’ve heard warrior/paladin/death knight unlocks the armor in a different rotation, another warrior commented and said he needed the legs, where me as a paladin I need the chest. So seems like it’s not even on armor type but actually class

Most of the parts I got by doing the side quests and as a reward for those side chain quests. So if you do the Soujourner achievements for each zone, you'll get most of the parts except for the chest.

what if you want to get on alts? I completed the story on my Hunter so I got the mail set. I want the plate set for pally. I used the skip campaign option as well. Renown is on all toons now

The main campaign in The War Within is not possible to skip, you can only skip the intro quest with dalaran, but the main quest itself should be repeatable, but you will first get that quest line in lvl 80.

I'm assuming that once you do this, it only unlocks the armor type of the character that you did the main campaign on. I did the main story on Warlock, found this plate set and said I must have this lol, leveled my pally through dungeon grinding with friends and haven't touched any of the MSQ on pally. If I understand correctly, if I unlock this set on my warlock, my pally will still have to go through the MSQ to unlock plate?

Yes, you need to unlock this for each type of armor individually. So, if you've unlocked it on your Warlock, you can then use it on your Priest, Mage, or Warlock. It's the same for me-I can now use it on my Paladin, Warrior, and Death Knight. But if you want to use it on another character, you'll have to complete the main campaign again with that toon. :)

Once you hit lvl 80 on your alt you get the option to skip the first main campaign which is lvl 70-79, and then you start right ahead with the lvl 80 main campaign which gives you all the armor and weapons.

the cloth chest from hallowfall rank 7 is actually a vest, not a robe. I still can't find the robe anywhere and I've done all of the side quests, so I will just wait for the last chapter of the campaign

I got the robe from Hallowfall rank 7. It shows you the vest if you ctrl+click it, but it is actually the full robe. I think they do this so you can see the legs while ctrl clicking.

if you have a lvl 80, and completed the full first campaign, then your alts can get a new quest that skips the entire first campaign and start with the most recent which is the one you need for the Hallowfall gear

The sword is from the very first quest, the embasy one, where you created the horde base in dornogal, if you play a warrior/death knight/Paladin, it would have unlocked the sword by that quest

This won't be the case as of patch 11.05, all transmogs will be collected on 1 character for all classes. Any quests you do now, will be added in retrospect. Will be in November time I think

There is 2 campaigns, the first one which is for lvl 70-79 and the second which is for lvl +80, and require renown lvl 4 with all faction, have you done both?

This is such bullshit. I have done every single available quest and nothing by default is even close to renown 4 let alone 7. I have done every Delve, completed multiple theatres, completed every effing scratch and patch of drip fed quests, and nothing has become unlocked or available. W..T..F..? Where are the quests? To date, nothing is on the map. To date, all new quests dont lead to shit. Anyone else experiencing an absolute drought of content? I mean is this video talking about live or is this about the beta? EDIT: I owe everyone an explaination. My main paladin is not the usual paladin I use, but one from Remix. I guess by default his "low level quest" notifications were turned off. This meant most content of the expansion which was missed by rapid leveling pre-launch never got completed and no longer showed up on the map. I also no longer play as I did back when wow first released forever ago, clicking on everyone and everything. This expansion is bringing that back. Not a bad thing. But at least now I can see what this video was talking about. Cheers mate on the excellent content. Thumbs up and shared.

@@eduardolunkes8825 if you are doing the mission as a paladin, then you get the choice between 3-5 weapons, and it doesn’t matter which one you pick, you get them all. So you get the sword, mace, shield I believe But if you want the polearm you need to do the mission on a Druid/monk
