You don't have to use raditz at all you just have to get 7000 z power so if you get all way to end you could you skip tickets and energy source.

You can complete the missions by looking at the mission tab. You can think click on the event you want to complete. The mission are going be like get Awakening z power, knock 100 characters in the event, complete all challenges in each battle and etc..

You get z Awakening from space time event exchange shop. If you got to reccomend events you should see ultra space time play through that then go to exchange shop to get Awakening power.
