It wasnt the maxtech that was the issue. It was the 5 star wanted level and all the officers blowing up the streets trying to get in, that was the challange

You can also get legendary maxtexh mantis blades through the main quest line of phantom libtity although a few key choices need to be made.

Fun little effect with em, though idk if it’s for every mantis blade, when you get a couple of kills your screen will begin to buzz out whenever you have the blades out since they canonically have a very strong connection to your neuroport, which makes them eat away at your psyche faster

Yeah you need pretty much all tier 5, even then it’s a hard fight because more and more maxtac dudes just keep coming. You have to zero her asap and make a break for it. If you’ve progressed far enough in PL main story you have the faceplate that helps escape the cops when they can’t see you so drive fast (might get away just by doing this) and find a decent spot to camp while you pop the plate and it should switch to the blinking stars letting you know they’re gonna go away. 4 star and below you instantly escape by using it if they can’t see you and you’re not in combat

I think you might you get them in phantom libatty if you do a few things in the main story quest line, look it up if you want. Best suggestion if you want them to look like hers is the arasaka cyberarms mod, not sure if it works with 2.0 though...

Doesnt make sense to these blades to be lootable from her. Dialogue states she uses an older model of mantis blades. Edit: I'm implying that standard issue Maxtac blades would be a newer model, and Blades looted from Melissa should be a different name/model instead of "Maxtac" mantis blades.

That's an easy one. I disabled the comments because people were fighting each other nonstop in them. Slurs, etc, stuff I got tired of having to daily clean up and remove. I am not a school principal and if people can't just talk to each other without fighting, I close the comments. Not the only short with them off. I never mind people yelling at me, but my comment sections are not Twitter.

A lot of times it's a necessity if you don't want your videos overrun by trolls and spambots. I kill like 20 cops and get 4 stars and hide in a nearby alleyway until the cops somehow forget I existed. But a random person fails to kill v at a random store and 5 maxtac dudes show up? The inconsistency between the open world gameplay and the missions is super annoying to me. They stole a police mod and called it a “2.0” update but they didn’t add anything to make the police system feel unique to its genre, it’s just a really bare bones gta knock off. As a looter shooter farcry game cyberpunk is great but it’s a dog shit open world rpg.
