Got it second try...ON PUBLIC SERVER!!! (it is hard reason1:lots of kids reason2:hackers reason3:cant find servers with Boulevard map reason4:you cant make a 24/7 server with the map you want reason5:there is no reason 5) Anyways Thank you Rainster that helped a lot : )

You don't need to get all the cups u just need to go in the room and get that one cup after that u will get the melee, so it saves alot of time

You need to shoot all 16 cups and activate the panel so you can access the room.

I accidentally got the melee after a game, i didnt realise it was a quest. Someone in my server had already done it and i just found the secret room.
