in singleplayer, I found both of them parked near a 24/7 (7/11) at the desert at around midnight, there were two guys who were probably the owners. they attack you if you even go near the car.

Collecting "Rare" Vehicles is fun, especially if you can find them with a funny license plate (or number plate).... which Is what I've been trying to do, really fun.... One other gimmick or complaint about the Ruiner (Modded) is why can't they have a roof option when customizing them?

It's been a while, but I know I've tried this before. You can definitely use a Ruiner to spawn it quicker. 👌

If you have a ruiner launch the mission chopper tail it locks it at 12:00 then do the same route
