Thank you so much ❤🙏 This already lifted me up, watching while making breakfast. My 7 months sleeping in bed, by himself 🥹🙏 I actually have a bit of time now.... hoping he stays asleep until I'm eaten..... but at least I've made some..... I'm an FTM, and there is no family, no help. Just me and my husband...it's been so hard..... the last month was the hardest (sleep deprivation), not easy to find new ways, systems, and adapting with it all.....

What a blessing to watch your video while having an actual hard day myself! Thank you so much for sharing the realness of the hard days (and such practical tips) and allowing the Lord to bless so many other mamas through you!! I need to work on filling my own cup before pouring into my babies! It definitely makes the day go more smoothly! Loving your channel since I found you through Margaret’s channel a few weeks ago!

First of all I wanted to thank you for showing this clip of your day. Having our first baby two years ago and still nursing her too while also trying to establish a routine and tend to house duties as well can get so challenging. This is so encouraging to see a fellow mom showing what those raw, real and challenging days can bring to the table. I myself find having that time to sit reset so I can pour into her and the things I have to do around house is so so important. I am so blessed by your channel and all that you bring to the table. Thank you!! Also, where do you get your overalls?! They are totally adorable! Keep pressing in momma. Those kiddos are seeing what it takes to be human, fail but have God’s mercy and grace to restart and do better. You are a wonderful example! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

But I agree it is so worth it. Got them from Carly Jean Los Angeles online, her jeans are just the best. Thank you again Hannah for being here 🤍

Lana, this video was so encouraging. I think so many moms need to see videos like this. So many days I have been in the same place and having a midday restart makes all the difference and timers and coffee for encouragement are REAL motivators for me too. Once we get the ball rolling it usually gets the momentum up and starts to make the day better. A book I highly recommend for encouragement on getting things done is Atomic Habits, you can find an audio version here on YT and listening to it while I did dishes made me so motivated!
@girlteachme2 жыл бұрын
Wow I didn't know the audio version is on YT, how cool! Goodness that book is great! I feel like I can't review it enough and I love the "midday restart" going to steal that haha bc it is such flawed thinking by me that if the morning is rough that the whole day is done. Grateful for you!

Love that, it’s like a ball gaining momentum down the hill, just needs the push to get started. Good reminders for me to hit the reset button on hard days and just get the ball rolling starting with something small.

And so glad you are getting to be a SAFFTM, what a gift. I know it is so challenging, but also so beautiful. Here mum of 3. I don't know which country you write it from,and please don't get mad at me,but I observe children from western world are really suffering from lack of discipline and boundaries. Try to begin here. Children in Africa,South America, eastern Europe are not to compare( in general) to western world ,,sweethearts". Don't take my comment personally,but I was literally shocked of behaviour of British and American,, sweethearts"in general. No means no, day schedule, rules of behaviour, patience and persistence of parents from young age won't harm.

Walk me and Kyle along the beef liver journey. Kyle’s been talking about it too and I’ve only seen other people singing its praises but don’t know anything about it.
@girlteachme2 жыл бұрын
So cool it has a ton of bio-available B12, Iron and Vit A too. Great for energy, fatigue, brain fog. I would really like to learn how to cook it to save money on supplements and I think Chicken liver is supposed to be the easiest to start with.
@depressedcockroach40452 жыл бұрын
It's kind of strange when you feel like it's a whole journey. In my country is pretty basic to eat liver. It's very healthy, but you can't eat it too much, otherwise you'll have too much vitamin A. It has its special kind of bloody taste, but it's very cheap and I like it with rice. You should definitely try it!
@girlteachme2 жыл бұрын
@@depressedcockroach4045 Wow sooo interesting! So many questions for you! What kind of liver do you like best? And how often do you usually eat it. Wondering what might be too much? Thanks!
