How to Get Through the Punta Cana Airport (Without Getting Frustrated)

Went through in March it was alot easier than i expected and alot better than our own airport in England. We were lead from our coach straight through the check in desk it was quick.Our cases were on the belt quick too. We did the entry online form at home for exit and entry both ways. In the airport We just got a sandwich and a coffee at the upstairs cafe in the airport whilst waiting for or flight home,it was no problem. Almost a 10 hour flight for us and i was impressed with Punta cana airport and of course the beautiful resort we stayed at,it was something else! Amazing country and the heat in March wow 🥵 boiling !

@@2GetawayTravel It wasn't an issue the temperature I loved it 👍😁😎 from a typical day in England being 12° to 34° C in the Dominican its a big jump. Humidity was thick

I’m coming from Cincinnati Cvg airport to Mami then to Punta Cana with only a hour layover both ways. Do you think that will be enough time to get through customs

They will be very tight as Miami is a very crowded airport. For flights connecting in Miami, I usually suggest a minimum of 2 hours.

The form is for getting into the DR from the US.

U think the form you are talking about is the form that is needed to enter the country. I am in the USA and it was required to complete. I do not know what is needed for Canadians. This form must be completed electronically there is not a paper version according to the DR government. I hope this clears up some of the confusion.

We tagged along with a man in a wheelchair. The airport worker told us we were family of the stranger and bypassed all the lines. We gave the worker 5 bucks money well spent
