To get 666 master balls you have to use the Battle Tower glitch to multiply it. Works only with emerald, of course. Go in the Battle Tower in the Battle Frontier, use Move Items in Lanette's pc, give the master ball to any stored pokemon (not necessarily the first one) and quit the box. SAVE in front of the pc without moving, then open Lanette's pc and withdraw the ball and put it in your bag, and WITHOUT SAVING go and speak to the last woman on the right side (multi link battle). Choose two pokemon, she will ask you to save the game. When it says "SAVING DON'T TURN OFF THE POWER" (the whole message must appear), in THAT precise moment switch off and switch on again (or also simple SoftReset), ignore the message of corrupted data and you will find yourself in front of that woman. If you check both the bag and the box, you will notice that you will have a master ball in your bag and one assigned to the pokemon! In that way you can multiply up to 30 items at once. Do this procedure until you get all those master balls, and then proceed with the tossing glitch. DEOXYS IS ON BIRTH ISLAND, NOT IN NAVEL ROCK!!!!!

Just want to explain this: If you notice the first time he enters the house with the old guy he enters and stands on the RIGHT side of the doormat ( instead of the LEFT side, like in any normal emerald pokemon game). Next, he exits the same house by the LEFT side (wich he told you not to use in the end), wich proves the RIGHT side of the doormat has a warp to navel rock island. So basicly he then proceeds to troll you and make you think it will work when he just used advance map to modify it all

I've got the true debunking right here; So in the beginning, Munching decided to go through the left exit out of the house in Sootopolis, which in the end, he specifically told you not to do at that point. However, he poked into the ROM's map files using AdvanceMap, and since doors like the house in Sootopolis take up two spaces, there are two exits leading out of the same room. He edited one of the exits (a.k.a. the one on the right) so that it takes you to Navel Rock. Either use cheats, waste your time, or gtfo. VIDEO DEBUNKED!
