Glad it’s useful for your trip soon. I didn’t find any problems during my trip except the journey back to Zagreb was a bit challenging waiting for the right bus especially in cold weather. My trip was in 2018. I’m not really sure what’s the bad reviews you’ve read recently. Anyway, have fun on your trip soon ! 😊

Hello, I am planning to visit the waterfals during morning hours and I was wondering how many hours I need to spend there to see the waterfalls, so I know what time to book the bus back to Zagreb

Hi. My apologies for the late reply. I spent about 3 hours there to walk the whole area. Just have to remember that the journey from Zagreb to Plitvicka takes 1 hour and a half one way. Hope this helps you. 😊

Why was the first bus you got on your return journey not the right one? And did you buy tickets on the bus itself?

Hi. I apologize for the late reply as I have been quite busy having just returned from travelling. I don't know either. The driver just said it's not the right bus so you have to wait for the right bus. I bought a return ticket from the getbybus website.
