It took me 17-18 hours getting TTK in my ps because he spawns every 6 hours and he didn't sell random sword, when he first spawn it's wando, 2nd spawn it's saddi and 3rd spawn it's shisui so you gotta wait him spawn 3 times because if you left and try to do it again he will just sell you the same wando at his 1st spawn.
