Do you know if we have to show ID and membership ID at the check in on the concert day? Like will it be different for the moas with presale tickets and moas with regular tickets? Because i used my sister’s code as I didnt know about the registration, i thought having the membership only will be enough😅

The only time you will need to show identification (drivers license) is if you purchased a Soundcheck package cause those usually require you to pick them up in person. ID name needs to match whoever bought the ticket on AXS or TM. No one checks the MOA membership

On the application page it says to "please make sure to apply on ticketmaster/axs and complete the moa membership presale with your passcode to be sent via e-mail" do you know if this means we have to do anything on those sites after going through the weverse application?

Hello! No, not for this concert. Just apply on Weverse and you should get a presale code before the day of presales

Hello! I don’t see a link to sign up through Ticketmaster, so I don’t think you need to. Also, not every venue will be through TM this time. Some tickets will be available through AXS.

Hello! The presales for the US tour dates have already passed. There is a chance that more dates will get added, but it’s not a guarantee. If more dates are added, then yes, the process described in the video will be the same!

@gyuniverse Double check that it's not expired yet. You can check that in the Weverse app, where the digital membership card is. If it will expire soon, just purchase a new one in case.

Hi! For the online streamed concerts, you just need to purchase access through the TXT page on Weverse. I don’t believe you need a membership for that

what day is the concert for? usually, Ticketmaster releases the ticket "finishes processing" about 24-48 hours before the concert date.

Each stop only has one ticket vendor, Ticketmaster or AXS. If Houston was Ticketmaster then you’re good!

hmm yeah I saw that too. As long as you're purchasing through the TM website, you should be good. You can also check other third party websites like Stubhub. Might be able to find better deals on third party sites, so worth the shot! Good luck!

You mean Crypto Arena in LA? If so, yes the official ticketing website for TXT tickets is either Ticketmaster or AXS, depending on which venue the concert will take place in

@sunkim-em1ee Ticketmaster/AXS are the only official ticket sellers. However, the tickets should be sold out already. What you see on Ticketmaster are most likely resale tickets. The only thing different is that resale tickets might be a little more expensive than the actual price it was going for during ticket sales. Other than that, as long as you buy it from Ticketmaster (on the website), you should be fine
