that's not required at all! if you are looking to be a content creator, maybe find a niche that you want to create content for (food, fashion, pets, etc) and create content in that niche

Usage rights is when they use your content and usually you don't allow usage rights unless they pay you additional money for that. Otherwise if you give it for free they will use your content for their own benefits everywhere they can like ads, websites, etc
