My question is that on student visa, nationality can be obtained by staying for five consecutive years or if a person comes and goes back before the completion of five years, he will still get nationality.

No this will start once you will get sponsored job. Student duration doesn’t count in 5 year route.

My cousin went to England on student visa in Dec 2021 he applied for the pr & gets it within his 2 years been in the UK how he got pr too early?

May be he can answer you better, after completing studying if you get sponsored job then you will get PR after 5 years you can apply for ILR

@@arif_sheikh_11 what truth? Simple is that you need to study hard get your degree done. Then start hunting for job , you have 2 years to search for sponsored job mean while you also have right to work in UK you can work and gain some experience

@@KomalInScotland I was talking about sponsor job, how many students find sponsored jobs on average? I heard that most of the students are not able to find a sponsor job (although they can find full time and permanent job) and that's why most of the students are followed 10 years education route. I also heard that only a few (2%) students are able to find a sponsor job.

@@arif_sheikh_11 where you currently living? Majority of people who have completed their education properly have got jobs and are done with 5 year route- i have no idea about 10
