Getting sponsorship in UK is a needle in a haystack. Unless you are some genius with extensive work experience, you will not get sponsorship. People on post graduate work visa also have a very tough time getting a job let alone sponsorship. People in STEM have a better chance but even then competition is intense.

Are you sure? Qki H1-B visa US visa hai. UK work permit k liye skilled worker visa ki need hoti hai. And uske liye Phle to apke pas ek sponsored job hona chaiye, uske bd hi visa apply kr skte ho.
