If anyone is getting a black render issue, it is most likely caused by the GPU your using or the advanced config. These settings will not work if you have an integrated GPU and you need a dedicated graphics card. If that isn't the issue, change the advanced rendering settings in the config back to the default preset.

You can do it in Premiere Pro with RSMB by masking the crosshair, here's how: disable rsmb, add mask under rsmb around the crosshair, enable rsmb and you will see it only does rsmb on the crosshair so tick "invert" button and that's it

Here is how the program works: The software takes a 60 fps clip, and uses frame interpolation to "generate" new frames, which it then blends the frames together to make a motion blur effect, in turn making it look smoother. So If you have a 60 fps clip, you can interpolate your clips to any frame rate. If you have a higher frame rate video, the software will make it look more smooth, because it has more frames to interpolate with, making the "generation" of new frames more accurate and precise, which makes it look smoother.
