The higher your luck is the better chance of earning caps from the actual production. So train your peeps luck. This will get you to the point of no rushing but even rushing should be no threat once you can produce a steady flow of stim and rad packs.

You breed to many dwellers, you have to get a few that can run the resource rooms, meaning you should at least upgrade 1 of their specials so they can produce water fast enough. Or... next time, just send everyone to explore outside and send them back to the vault. That way some dwellers will survive by exploring and others will be just waiting at the vault door.

I've done this for 5 years already and the best part was when u change ur date every 7 days so that when u get back to the game u get all the caps from that daily week thing and ofc the launch box. That's what I've done and welp got legendary weapons, legendary cloth, pets and my vault can never be raided nor defeated cause of how strong the defense in the first and all the rest of the floors

Yep, that's the core strategy the video hasnt taught us much. And fyi, if you don't actually follow the 7 day rule, this means, you are not going to be able to reset the weekly rewards, which also means you will have to keep doing it day by day, without resetting everything to the first day. It will continue, from the day in year 2021 to 2028 and so on. It'll only end until you have reached the final year on yur device's calender.

Better just keep it to yurselfs, it's just broken. Moreover, the amount of lunch boxes u get is crazy. So imagine doing it for 2 hours straight. Every 2 mins Yu have spent to do it means 1lunchbox/2 mins. In 2 hours, you can get Abt 60 lunchboxes, provided that yur phone is charging and it doesn't over heat(happens to me alot). You also get a crazy amount of caps, and the amount of time u have skipped can be utilized to upgrady yur dwellers, create weapons, exploring etc

Just move the time forward onto your clock, not backwards. Then wasteland exploration will start working again

Wait, so if 6 dwellers inside a merged room can kill a, let's say radscorpion at the same speed 2 dwellers in a none merged room can. How would "equipping the dwellers with a gun" affect this? Like for example if the 6 dwellers all have very powerful guns but the 2 dwellers have no guns or very weak guns.

Just think of it like this. If 6 dwellers in a fully merged room all had 6 powerful guns, that would be the same strength as 2 dwellers in a single room with powerful guns. They would both eliminate any threat or put out any fire equal to the other. It is the percentage of the room filled that matters regardless of the size of the room. In a non-merged room, you would need only 2 powerful guns instead of 6 to get the same effect. There is less healing that needs to be done as well with the 2 over the 6 because of the percentage.

Yeah, you can rush rooms like that in Normal mode; Surival mode has permadeath; if a high-level dweller dies, it's disheartening. You never get that dweller back. It's not so simple in Survival.

I'm a bit late to this video but I am wondering if this time zone change would affect all of your vaults or just the ones you open up when you change the time zone? As I do have a vault where I have modified the save file to make it sort of like a creative mode but I also have my other vault that is true to the game and I do not plan on cheating on that world so if changing the time zone affects all of the vaults I sadly can't do this. It only afects a saved file once you open the vaul. If you dont load it, nothing will happen.

Wasteland junk will only be granted after the last day that was loaded into your save file. So that means if you go "back in time" and be playing in the past. You wont get any junk until you get back to your save file "latest date".

Not my play style but fun facts... cool video. My Vault (Vault 666) has about 161 females and 4 males. Maybe 20 or so are level 1, maxing their stats, maybe 4 or 5 are maxed stats and training in the waste land, but every one else is 50 and trained from level 1 to 50 with 17 Endurance for max possible HP. Also there is a dragon maw or mirv for all 200 dwellers to have one or the other... So I could get 19k from rushing successfully 1,000 times... or I could put a super beast dweller into the waste land with 17 luk and an item collector pet, and take manipulate time... much less tapping and I would end up with 21k caps...

Just to give you both some perspective. We still play this game to write updates for our site. We have done this thousands of times with no such issues. When we say thousands of times we are not kidding either. The only way we could think of that happening is if you are doing the time glitch in reverse order to make things take longer which who would do that? Even then it would not be months behind and would likely not happen to begin with because the game isnt coded that way. The game doesn't correlate what time your divice is when you save, leave the game, then change it back to your normal time. The game will act like everything is business as usual. And no time zone is months behind or ahead which means whoever wrote that probably works for Bethesda lol or hates that people do this because they spent money on the game.

@@Tips4Gamers1 I downloaded the save editor just in case.. it works perfectly, I got mr handy's on every floor and as many bottles as I want. Also allows me to edit time spent in wasteland and bring my dwellers back instantly

@@Tips4Gamers1 your wrong because when I put my dwellers to explore the wasteland and I speed up a day it still says that the exploring time is at 0 and so I cant explore the wasteland.

I left a dweller exploring thaw wasteland with combat armor and a focused missile launcher for a week and he is still alive
