Make sure your right stick isn’t set to just dribble moves. Flick up on the right stick while holding turbo and hold down after in a quick motion

Also don’t forget there a timing distance too you have to play with it from different angles as well as who’s standing in the paint iron your hip chasing you or covering you in front on defense
