I am not trying to discourage anyone but if you have a TikTok shop or about to start one you need to start driving your customers to your own platform or other reliable ones because of the TikTok ban in the U.S.A. We do not know if the law makers are going to sign documents that agrees that the TikTok app is a threat to the U.S. Because we do not know what they'll finaly decide so, as creators and small businesses on TikTok we need to strategize and find reliable platforms.😊

Quick question, the sample quantity means how many samples you’re offering to each person, or how many samples you’re offering in general. For example if I put 1 sample, does that mean only one person can apply for it, vs if I put 50 then that means 50 people can apply for a sample. Can you please clarify? Thanks!

If you want to sell in the US, you need to open a company to open a corporate tiktok Shop account. Or if you have any friends, relatives, you can create individual account on their details. For that you need to have their ssn number or ITIN number and other owner details such as date of birth, bank Account etc.

Once open for collaborations, are the influencers required to buy my product first..? I'd imagine they'd need the product to create the content or is there other ways to do this..? I'm aware I can also give product's away, but I've already given away too many.

If they already have the product they can just start promoting. It’s not necessary to buy the product to add it to the showcase. However if they want to tag the product on videos they need to have the product on hand to show it.

They have 14 days after receiving the product to make a video or go live. If they make a video they need to keep it for at least 3 days. If they don’t comply, they can lose the ability to request samples. But you as a seller can’t do anything
