if you go into the fusion tab and press shift + space and type in "Chroma key" you should see "Chroma Keyer (CKy)" then just click on all the colours you want removed and adjust your soft range to whatever you thing looks best (I personally use 0.1228) hope that helped :)

recorded my computer with my phone. Then slowly moved my phone closer to the monitor. In premiere pro made a cut right when the phone only showed the monitor. Hope this helps
