I have curly hair. I accidentally got waves when I was a kid. I used to wear like a cap to bed when I was a kid. Because I lived in the Bronx and heat didn’t work too well. So I was freezing in the winter. So I would just cover my head with a hat to sleep. And after a couple months of doing it, you know being a lazy kid and not brushing. I had waves big time. I Might be one of the first white waivers ever. That was 1981 to 86.

I am kinda of a mini OG waver lol. I been waving about 5 years my waves was swimming swimming lol but I recently grew my hair out into short fro then just cut it back into a low caesar almost 2 weeks ago. I have no waves whatsoever I’m starting over again and my crown is different it’s more like jeezy’s my crown swirls so it’s always been difficult for me to get a perfect crown! Right now instead of me brushing my back straight down, I’m brushing th back slanted just like jeezy is here in this video! I’ve never mastered crown isolation but this time around that is the goal! It’s very difficult with th crown like jeezy said, it’s it’s own section to brush completely separate
