The only inconvenience is that the customized start menu is a .exe for opening the (obviously) Start Menu, so it does not have the function of a switch like the original, where you can open it and close it by clicking on it, with this .exe you can only open it, but it will not close again by clicking on it, it will just reopen.

at 2:54 you can extract the file without making a new folder. always do "Extract to "......" " option. its kinda hassle for you if the files inside the folder are not in folder. better to use that option so that you know what files are in that rar file.
