I am not feeling Jean at all. Although she's quite strong, her typing makes her kinda useless. What's the point of making Jean Blast when we already had Strange and Sharon? I love the fact that they gave some love to Combat types and made Wolverine native, but Jean and Magneto should've been Universal. Jean being yet ANOTHER broken Blast to me makes no sense. Like we already didn't have Enchantress, Strange, Mantis, Sharon etc? Hope the next native is a Speed Type. #stopwankingtoblastypes

To me, honestly, the deluxe pack is a must and you should get it as soon as possible. The reasoning behind this is the Mutual Enemy stage and it's value in saving lots of time in farming the resources there in. Like you said in your video here, future x-men and probably mutants in general (with the exception of Squirrel Girl and a few others) will require the M'kraan Crystal and shards as well as Phoenix Feathers in order to rank up and eventually attain T2. This, in of itself, makes it a requirement and I know Netmarble knows this and is counting on it. And while the cost is more then most AAA game, there are a lot of X-men and mutants that will be added to the game in the near and far future and you don't want to fight an uphill battle to get them to T2.

I am a HUGE Wolverine fanboy, but I'm over halfway through my Dr Strange Epic quest... so I will just focus on completing my Dr Strange and then I will go all in on my Wolverine quest. In the mean time, I will be diligently squirreling away my crystals to unlock Magneto. By your calculations I should have enough about the time I'm done grinding my Clea. Good thing I'm patient. A fan from the Great White North.

Good summary, my first impression was something like that, the new epic quest will take a similar time to the Dr Strange, around 3 months, the same time it took me to get Dormammu the f2p way. And seeing your Wolverine, I'd say it's worth it. Congrats on the succesful stream, really enjoyed it.

As a F2P 6.600 crystals seems alot, but after seeing what u get in return in terms of characters, I can't really complain. Would be kinda boring to get everything right away. My question is this: We just got the X-Men and the X-Gene material. So what can we expect in future patches for ways to farm/collect X-Genes? This is just the first batch, and I think we all expect to see more Mutants in future releases, but at the moment we would have no way of getting the new characters, unless they were to come with their own story mission or special mission etc. We are going to have to be introduced to ways to farm for X-Genes, including possibly changing the nature of the Daily Hero Chest to Blast/Speed/Combat/Universal/Mutant, and possibly other new modes like a new Shadowlands type stage. Also, between Black Panther mentioning the Ultimates and an emergency as well as the reference at the end of the story, are we being hinted that the next big addition to FF will bring in a Cosmic story line? Could we see the addition of Nova, Quasar, GotG-3000, Adam Warlock, could it mean the Fantastic Four? Best yet (for me) could it bring in the three remaining members of the Ultimates that I've very much been waiting for? I love this update for the most part (I hate the changes to Daily Missions, and that we didn't get a Stage 7 for CoOp, even though we're now past the 120 character mark), but it's also once again made me look to the future of the game, which I love to do as well.

There's a Mega rank up ticket sale in the store once a week or two weeks, which costs only 2.600 crystals. Basically, you can get Clea from shifters and use that ticket on her. So yeah, Magneto (6.600 crystals) is way harder to get.

I am definitely excited for the X-Men but I'm glad I didn't over react or panic and buy the X-Men pack for $80 USD. Cynicalex makes some good points about NOT needing to have Magneto, etc. to get Wolverine and if you are willing to grind, you can get him in a month or so. It also seems like Doctor Strange is still better than Jean and for sure better than Wolverine. If I was a new player I would go for DS first but I realize the cool factor of having the X-Men may trump that. Also, since DS is better than Jean (or so it seems) he is a way better deal than having to T2 four characters that may not be worth it.

found a bug with rogue's leadership, if you activate another proc immune damage , when the timer for that one runs out the immune damage leadership disappears with it and doesnt come back

I've been a Netmarble customer for awhile. It's messed up that Netmarble has it where you have to spend alot of money on crystals about 6600 just to get Magneto. The X-Men quest it's setup for you to spend money on crystals. Why can't I spend money on Wolverine. Why do I have to spend money on crystals to rank up Rogue then somewhere down the line spend money on crystals to rank up Beast. Then somewhere you get Wolverine two stars but you can't use biometrics yet to rank him. You are forced to do another quest it's a research quest the research quest cost I think I don't know exactly 3300 combat points. Who the he'll has 3300 combat points? If you don't have that Netmarble will cut you a deal to buy some crystals to complete the research quest so you don't have to use up 3300 combat points. I'm like what other missions will pop up next where I got to go into my pocket to buy more crystals and then after doing that the next mission has nothing to do with Wolverine and I have to go into my pocket to buy yet more crystals to complete that quest because I don't have what the quest is asking for and it has it where Netmarble has will cut you a deal to buy more crystals. NetMarble is making money on this X-Men paxk.

For those who dont know...you can tansform BAM into Phoenix Feathers and Chaos Northstones into Mkraan Crystals with the Converter in the Shield Labor. Hope I helped someone ;)

I realize that everybody's all hyped up about getting the X-Men in the game... And I am too, don't get me wrong. But I'm just not digging the way that Netmarble rolled it all out for us. The skills/stats on Rogue & Beast are really kind of a letdown. And I REALLY dislike that Netmarble went with the 90's looks/uniforms. I'm no spring chicken myself, but the look & feel of them compared to the rest of the roster just feels antiquated to me. And when I saw that we had to go through another epic quest to level up Wolverine, I wanted to scream. Or cry. Maybe a little bit of both. I'm still working on completing Strange's epic quest for chrissakes... And now I've got to do another one with loads of old & new materials to level up the only X-Character in the new update I care about? It's not enough to make me want to stop playing the game, but I'm not REALLY happy with it at the moment. I don't have the money needed or an army of people helping to get through all that nonsense... I don't want to be one of those complainers that gripe about everything they don't like in MFF... I've got no problem with putting in the effort to get what I want out of the game. I just feel like they promised us the holy grail, then went & hosed each and every one of us. My biggest problem with BOTH quests is getting all that high ranking Black Anti-Matter. I'm still working on completing the rank 6 requirements for Strange... Almost got my third one of those. And now that I've seen Wolverine's requirements, I'm trying REALLY hard not to be angry about it. I'm really sorry to say it fellow gamers... This SUCKS.
