Once again, well-thought-out progression of skills in a session. There are some really good KZbinrs that are very good for technical skills, but if you are coaching 8-13 year olds, this channel is one of the top ones. Keep up the great work.

About to start coaching some youngsters and I must say that your content has been very helpful… I already have a system in mind and I can definitely adopt some of your ideas and philosophies to improve it! Keep it up

Thank you so much. I am a coach for U14. Your Videos help me a ton. Keep up the good work. Could you please do a video on Xavis 4Ps in the future?

u guys arent strict enough the kids are sitting on the ball not tryna hate and everyones touch needs alot of work

The kids are told to sit on the ball. They are doing exactly as they are told and are extremely well behaved. They are 10 and 11 year olds who are trying to get better at football. Sorry if they don’t live up to your standards but we encourage kids of all ages and abilities to play the game they love.

Why is there a need to be strict if they already have the discipline to listen? By being strict will achieve what exactly? They are young lads learning the game they love and it is clear to me that they have a lot of respect for their Coach.

I did not see one example of the kids being undisciplined. Every one of them was attentive and tried to implement what they were taught. If you have coached at any level before, you know that it's always difficult to internalize a new drill/concept, even if the players are already skilled. I commend @CatalanSoccer for being patient and scaffolding these drills to make it accessible to all and I commend the kids for going out there and trying to improve their skills through hard work.
