One of the sweetest, kindest most positive people I ever knew died in his 20s after battling cancer nearly his entire life. I see bitter, angry, negative, depressed people living into their 90s without any significant physical health issues. What the science has actually shown is that your consciousness really doesn’t have an impact on your physical health. Genetics and environment play the biggest role. The idea that positivity contributes to better health outcomes was based on flawed studies of cancer patients that were never reproducible. Spirituality should be able to stand on its own without becoming mixed up with bad science. To me, the conflation of science and spirituality is an attempt on the part of spirituality to grasp the authority that some feel science can grant. But does the spiritual really need that authority? I don’t think it does and I think it harms the spiritual to do so, after all science is about what can be known and spiritually deals with things that can never be fully known, only experienced from time to time. Also, perhaps people would be better served by not being blamed for being unhealthy or suffering because they’re not “positive” enough. Perhaps understanding that there are some things that are not within one’s control and embracing surrender would lead more people to a state of inner peace no matter what they are dealing with.

Great presentation. This principle is also highly recognized in Vedic teachings through Jyotish; the science of light. Jyotish advises the recognition of One's Vedic astrological birth day, also called Tithi Pravesha, which is the sidereal date the Sun and Moon are at the same angular relationship coinciding with the lunar day of the month of One's original birth. Each year this date will fluctuate by a some days because just as you mentioned, each year is not exactly the same. On this day there is maximum potential for physiological upgrades through rays of consciousness as it is the day our cosmic mother and father reunite gifting us with our crown. The more energetic and high frequency we are during that day the more we go beyond time and space and the stronger our powers of materialization become. Its more precise to use this principle with sidereal timing to be in true alignment with the timing of the cosmos as opposed to the calendar's timing which is not synched with the movement of the luminaries. It just came to me that on some dimension, time is our perceived distance from source. I kept seeing this bouncy widening and narrowing of arpeture with source in the middle. How scary. What was perplexing is that in the thought form widening the arpeture caused me to receive diffuse light and time slowed, but narrowing the arpeture, i received more light. If you go by the position of the sun AND moon on your birthday, it is different every year. It is only the same day as you date of birth every 19 years (metonic cycle). So, if you want to celebrate your birthday with the same moon and sun energies as when you were born, you have to figure out which day most closely matches your birthday. If you only want to consider the Sun / solar calendar, then you can celebrate the current 365.25 corporate calendar, but if you want to flow like nature, you can pay attention to which day the moon and sun fall in the same zodiac as your original birthday...
