Correction: Section 14 has to be checked as even you dont want to have employees but if the business is U.S domestic LLC, you need to file an annual Form 944 at least. Unchecking the box will make the Form 941 (quarterly filing) applicable on you.

Thanks! it worked for me. In california, it took 3 weeks to get the EIN. They did not send me a response via FAX. I called them after 3 weeks and they said it has been processed already and provided the number by phone. One day later I got it delivered by mail.

Update: You do not need to pay for a premium plan for the fax service like in this video. The EIN will be sent by post to the address given on the form. They do not fax the EIN. Other than that, I followed this video and received my EIN within a week. Thanks!

Hey, happy to know you found this helpful. 1. You can simply them now. 2. That wouldn't really make a difference, neither would they accept it. Your application will have to go through you unless the SSN holder is also a parter in your company. 3. 5-7 business days usually.

Hi. Congrats on receiving your EIN. 1. Yes typically we do pay Registered Agent fee annually. 2. This really depends on the company that you have gone ahead with and what and how they charge. In my experience I have never paid anything like this. All my mail has come to my PO Box without any additional fees. This is suppose to be your Registered Agent's responsibility that you receive any\all important documents on time.

A certified copy of the formation of my LLC. It's not mandatory specially if your company is in the US, they can verify themselves but sending them a copy definitely expedites the process.
