I tend to pressure myself to achieve the expectations I have set in terms of my future, which is something that has always really stressed me out. I also agree that my social life and diet have had major roles. I did not have the chance to go out and socialize which left me feeling kinda left out, and my diet is so poor since i don’t know how to cook that it eventually really affected my self confidence. I have also noticed that I don’t really know how to manage my finances. I really hope I can figure out a way to fix all these problems. I’m ready to be happy.

We are both millennial but I guess KZbin makes things look different than real life. Thanks for your honesty in this video! I think it's hard for children from immigrant families to as they were raised to keep everything, not waste, and to learn how to fix a broken item or to have someone fix it in the future rather than later. I see this definitely as an issue with houses full of unnecessary items but people say it is their unfinished projects - honestly just like clothing if you haven't work in a year you probably won't again. Stores will always be open to sell these items that you can buy again or secondhand; do not spend your energy trying to de-clutter while starring at a pile/rooms of crap that raises your stress levels daily for 1+ years! It's not just minimizing and throwing out things - it's keeping things that matter to your present life.

Hey Lilia, video suggestion here: a video about your hair? History, what you use, how you like to style it? Also, the reason why studies tend to include a single sex is because it mitigates any biological differences (i.e. psychology and physiological) between men and women :) studies also tend to divide people by social structure, age and ethnicity as well to keep as many variables constant when performing tests :)
