I want to be a film producer and screenwriter bad, I constantly study it all day. I'm a very picky person most scripts I read I don't like, but what I'm doing to sell my first script is to have it translated from English to Spanish, German, and Italian because whatever a American producer may not like maybe a German, Italian, or latino producer may like. Pitch it in different languages. Just like with novels translate those books. Because if you don't a german producer want know how good it is even if you don't have enough money to translate every word at least translate some dialogue.

I know translating a Screenplay is a lot of money especially books, but you will have a good chance having your material sold building more audience too. The world is global so should your script and books should be to.

Doesn’t your script back up the fact that you wrote it!

You can copy someone else's script and put your name on it then.

Nobody will read your script and "great" scripts don't just magically get in the right hands. That guy is not honest. Black list is a business. The more you pay, the more reviews you get. That doesn't mean it will translate into sales. Yes relationships, meaning if you're not in the circle and don't have a relationship with those people, you don't have access. "Get it to someone who does have relationships..." That is cirular reasoning. "Eventually it will get to the right person". RIDICULOUS. Your best chance is to make your script more than a script. Make it a project and bring what you have to a film market.

Ideas mean nothing. Creating a story is hard work and most people fail because hard work isn't what they want.
