Hi Dee, I love your videos. You do a great job explaining things. I do have a question however- does the same process apply when designing digital papers in Adobe Illustrator?

Thank you so much Shawn I appreciate the comment, and to be completely honest I have no idea. I’ve never tried designing them in illustrator.

This is great information, showing step by step. I'm trying to get used to Photoshop as I've used Photoshop Elements for years. When going thru this process with many images that need to be saved as a copy, isn't there a way to set the "save file as" to jpg instead of it always choosing psd and it has to be changed every time? I looked in preferences, but didn't see any way to do this. It gets tedious when having to do 40 or so files.

I love photoshop, but that's the one thing I don't like is that they made this "save as copy" in order to get to the JPG. Unfortunately, that's the only way to do it if you want to keep it in 300dpi for a JPG format.

Great video, you’re very clear explaining each step. May I ask if you have had success selling these on Etsy? It’s hard to stand out on Etsy.

Yes I have I have multiple stores and they both continue to make me money and the fees as stuff cover themselves

Hello, thank you so much for this video. Do we upload the tile for the customers or do we have to change it to a repeating pattern and upload that in the folder for them? Also, I have been saving midjourney images directly from discord without opening in browser first, I upscale and then change to 3600px x 3600px and 300dpi. is this ok for the listings I have already put out or do i need to go change them all and open the images in browser first? Thank you!
@deewillisАй бұрын
Whenever you upload anything for a customer you should have a finished product. If you've been upscaling from outside of having it open from a browser that should be okay as long as you have upscaled the image. Midjourney has upgraded since this video was recorded. I hope this helps. If you would like more insights feel free to check out my new community over at deewillis.com/creator for more training, resources, graphics and clipart library and more. 💕

Why jpeg and not png? I thought png is better for printing
@deewillis3 ай бұрын
File size for Etsy and also printers now a days allow it and quality isn’t an issue. PNG is good for transparent backgrounds but in this case it’s a digital paper no transparent background needed.
