I did my Class 1 C+E in August 2023, passed everything 1st time, but can't get a job without experience. Nobody will employ you apart from agencies who send you to the worst places, and if you don't have experience, then you will struggle very badly trying to reverse the lorry. Passing the reverse manoeuvre is one thing, but trying to reverse in a busy yard with trailers parked on either side is not for beginners. Reversing an arctic lorry is not the same as a car or van or even Class 2. It's completely different. Yeh batao ke ap ko kitna time laga ta job milne mein? Or iss me 12 hours ki shift hoti hain so jo log bilkul free hai or jin ki family uk mein nahi hai un ke liye teek hai because its anti social hours and no family time.
