Yes, MM is an excellent rider. But to say MM pushes as far as possible? All top 10 riders push it as far as possible. Bagnaia has been a little erratic this last season. But still the champ. Casey was doing what marquez was doing a lot earlier, to a greater degree and on a lot less balanced bikes. Casey's retirement had nothing to do with MM, who wasn't remotely a known factor at that point in time. Casey was still setting incredible laptimes at the point of his retirement, which makes the whole angle of MM being a deterrant even more doubtful.

He was checking for tire marks at the end. This is very crucial- tire marks indicate the degree of wear during the last turn. If no marks, he can probably do it once more and no more, cause the risk is very high after that.

@@preetikaur9185 race tires have a narrow temperature window where the give the most grip depending on tire compound, by sliding the tire he is overheating that edge of the tire in contact with the ground, if the tire temp goes above and out the temperature window it loses grip until it cools back down.

The reason the underperforming Honda is more or less keeping up with the Ducatis is because of him. Marc on the Ducati just keeps improving, putting put phenomenal races. In Australia, last Sunday, where he went from 13th to 1st.

2nd skid, That happened to me when I was at my first track day with a coach right behind me. Finessed the save just like this too. Soo much fun. Coach signaled me off the track after that and we went into his trailer and he asked his wife to get us some cold bootlegs of water and he asked me, "how long have you been riding for". About 6 months sir. Felt good that I was recognized for being good at something😊.
