I release EVERY worry and fear to God, knowing that he WILL sustain me! As I was watching this I went through my prayer journal, and I have grown so much through Christ! I had a big fear last year of mobilizing since I am in physical recovery, and though it comes in my head sometimes, I have conquered that through Christ. I know that he will protect me.

Thank you for this video; this has been a season where God has been helping me manage and decrease anxiety, which has been a struggle since high school. Oftentimes, I have to pause throughout the day to take deep breaths when I start to worry. As I'm breathing, I think, "Breathe in the peace of Jesus, breathe out worry/anxiety/frustration, etc." Additionally, I am a fan of the combination of Jesus and therapy.
