I'm so upset because I tore a ligament in my ankle while playing badminton outside. I'm stuck in a brace until mid-July and can't really do any physical activities even though I had an entire plan + goal for exercising and improving in playing badminton. I guess this allows me to focus more on my cognitive abilities and improve more on academics. I'm going to focus on increasing muscle in my arms, playing chess, reading more books, praying, studying, and actively participate in my summer camps. Thank you for this video, it really helps a lot!

Halfway through my summer break. Been working out in the gym and keeping my discipline up even in my low energy days, and I'm reading a lot more books. Thanks for the extra inspiration man. I really have to add in studying in my daily schedule, since I'll be taking my college entrance exams next year. I've always been told to start early. The more time I have to learn and retain math, science, english, etc. the better, and the higher chance I'll get of passing the college entrance exams.

Already getting more into coding in C++ to prepare for college, picked up volleyball because of Haikyuu! it's not "get better at drawing". Why? Because technically everyone can draw, some just never have the willpower to do so. Personally, if you want to be "better" it feels like it's more of just pressuring yourself to be the best. The thing is, no one is the best at anything, it's purely based on opinions and rankings. As an artist myself, trying to convince myself to get better actually caused me to get artblock and actually get stressed out. I do prefer the term, "get out of my artist comfort zone" since I mostly draw humans. I'm not giving advice, just saying /pos

Your right ppl who aren’t competitive can be slow. Sports isn’t necessary to be competitive tho. It just helps because it keeps you active. Some ppl struggle on a critical level with social anxiety so diving into sports would do more harm than good. It’s a big step, too big can be overwhelming. The advice in this video is good, just make sure you all tailor it to your needs and not as a textbook guide for all ppl. We are all different and grow differently
