WoW What a nice quote: IF you have allowed yourself to have more than one focus , you have already blinked, you flinched. You have determined that mediocrity is an acceptable outcome.
@Synkronized7Ай бұрын
Being able to have only one focus as an entrepreneur is luxury for most, what if you’re building a business while working for someone else? Are you doomed to have a mediocre outcome?

Always come back for the substance Shaan spits. I’ve been listening for 4 years. Sometimes leave for a little. Make some BIG life changes. Then find my way back for some new schooling! Throwing the Rocky story in was perfect and nailed me right in the Conviction. Thanks Shaan and Sam. I’m a podcaster. 39 yr old. Not your normal demographic BUT I’ve moved levels up and changed my outlook, goals and daily action. And intensity over all. I’m moving toward bigger success with my roofing business.

You guys are on fire. You play me better. And whenever I am stuck I go to your podcast… and then you talk about how being stuck means not to go for more info. The irony is so true and so perfect. You really really get what we go through. This is amazing. Thanks again

Sorry to write it publicly. Dear Shaan, First of all, thank you. I watched the video, and it resonated with me deeply. To share a bit about myself, I am 23 years old and have been working as a customer care executive for about two years now in a third-world country. I have many ideas I want to pursue, and I am also in need of earning money. This has led me to explore numerous online money-earning ideas, but unfortunately, I haven't implemented any of them yet. Instead, I find myself caught up in overthinking and procrastination. I have been trying to improve my English speaking and writing skills for the past three years, but I still struggle with them. However, your storytelling has inspired me greatly, and I am currently reading "The Boron Letters," which you recommended on your podcast. I am making a promise to myself to focus solely on improving my English speaking and writing skills from now on. I will message you on January 1st, 2025, to let you know if I have achieved this goal. Thank you once again. This video is something I will remember for life. Best regards, Samy 08.07.2024

Loved this: these quotes hit me “Startups work, because the founder makes them work” “Most people think that Big things happen because of big things. But actually Big things happen from an accumulation of smaller things” “Almost always the answer you seek is within”

Level 12 would be a great business. Go find operators who function at a level 12. Aka the David Goggins of accounting, management, sales, etc. convince them to let people do a sit in to get exposed to them and their teams work culture. Charge executives and entrepreneurs to attend these sit ins. I'm aware of some very high functioning sales team and I think all the time of how beneficial it would be to sit in their office and feel the cadence of their sales team.
