Just a tip to empower another human by using an example of 8:17 You can say fuck you to grammatical rules because they are just there for the simple humans who can't understand communication without said rules and can't communicate clearly without them.. Ultimately they are there for people who don't think.. Just follow... And in that fuck you to grammar moment you can empower Poome by saying something like.. "We do take control of the tempo! And who will take control of the tempo? We Will!" This would instead of isolating Poome empower the Team to feel reassured on making mistakes and having a Team to back them up.. Rest assured this is a small small thing that would only effect the innermost circles of the teams psychology and would require hundreds and hundreds of similar actions to fully cement this sense of trust. I'm still feeling a bit unsure about this team and really hope they can find a good nice secure footing to push themselves onto the next step to Playoffs! Good Luck and Many Blessings!

This is what I think happened to the team on the TL game, I have a bigger opinion but this is a TLDR: You weren't as proactive as you wanted or needed to be with TSM so your goal immediately became to practice that and use it on your next match. Your Next match is TL a historically slow paced team which fits great with what you tried to do, however, the draft you built was always going to be weaker later in the game against TL and the player's mindset from TL's style of game. This made our players eager to do something early yet still unclear with the game plan on how to close it early.
